Refund policy

Returns/refunds are not accepted unless the purchaser receives a damaged/inaccurate order.  Please contact me via email at info@raincityraes.com within 3 days from the date of delivery if you receive a product(s) that has been damaged during shipment or was inaccurate.  Claims must be supported with the order number/proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged/inaccurate product(s), and receive written authorization from Rain City Rae’s, LLC. before processing the return/replacement.  Items returned to Rain City Rae’s, LLC. without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds are not accepted for workshops/events. You may swap dates for the same/lesser value one time with advanced written authorization from Rain City Rae’s, LLC. Please contact me via email at info@raincityraes.com at least 24 hours before the workshop/event.
